Diagnosis & proposal

We map your current operation end to end — every tool, every handoff, every workaround. Then we propose the tier that fits your stage, with a fixed price and a clear timeline. You'll see exactly what gets built, what it costs, and when it's done. No open-ended billing, no scope creep.

2–6 weeks depending on tier

Build & implement

We configure your system, migrate your data, and set up the automation. Your existing records — contacts, deals, history — move over cleanly. You get weekly updates and one point of contact throughout. Your business keeps running while we build; nothing switches over until it works.

You own it from day one

Train & handover

We train your team on the live system, hand over complete documentation, and transfer every account and credential to you. You own it — no dependency on us. If you want ongoing support, the optional retainer covers adjustments and new automation as you grow. If not, you're fully equipped to run it yourself.
